Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires: — (a) “CASE (S)” means and includes a Suit / Original Application / Review / contempt or other proceedings by whatever name called, in respect of the State of Telangana decided or pending in the Tribunal as on the date of this Act; (b) “HIGH COURT” means, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad as specified in Part IV of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014; (c) “STATE OF TELANGANA” means the State of Telangana with the territories as specified in section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014; (d) “TRIBUNAL” means the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal established under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals, Act, 1985.
