Power to remove difficulties.

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act or of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (Act II of 1956) the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) District Municipalities Act, 1920, the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) District Boards Act, 1920, the Indian Motor Vehicles Act, 1914, or the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1931, as amended by this Act, the State Government, as occasion may, require, may, by order, do anything which appears to them to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
