- (1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Reservation of seats in the Educational Institutions and of appointments or posts in the Public Services under the State to Muslim Community Act, 2005.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 20th June, 2005.
