Appointment of Liquidator.

1[(1) Where a Co-operative Society is to be dissolved and no liquidator is appointed by the General Body the Registrar may,-

1. (a) appoint any person under his control as a liquidator to wind up the affairs of the co-operative society; or]
2. (b) where he is satisfied that the Co-operative Society has no assets and liabilities issue a certificate of dissolution. 1[(2) The appointing authority shall fix the remuneration to the liquidator for his services.]
