- (1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Mineral Bearing Lands (Infrastructure) Cess Act, 2005.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 12th September, 2005.
