- (1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Gift Goods (Prevention of Unlawful Possession) Act, 1965.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the 1State of Telangana.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the 1Telangana Gazette, appoint.
