- (1) This Act may be called the Khammam (Metropolitan Area) Police Act, 2016.
- (2) It extends to the limits of Khammam Metropolitan Area, declared by the Government by notification.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
