THE JUDICIAL OFFICERS’ PROTECTION (EXTENSION TO HYDERABAD AND SAURASHTRA AREAS OF BOMBAY STATE) ACT, 1958. ....................................

Bombay is hereby extended to, and shall in virtue of such extension be in force

in, the Hyderabad and Saurashtra areas of the Bombay State.

adapted and applied to the Saurashtra area of the State by the State of Saurashtra (Application of Central and Bombay Acts) Ordinance, 1948 are hereby repealed : Provided that such repeal shall not affect,-

1. (a) the previous operation of the Acts so repealed ;
2. (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the Acts so repealed ;
3. (c) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation or liability, and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced, as if this Act has not been passed. --------------------- 1.
