The Hyderabad State Bank Act, 1350 Fasli

This Act may be called the Hyderabad State Bank Act, 1350 F, and shall come into force from the date of publication in the 1[Official Gazette].

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-

1. (a) "Bank" means the Hyderabad State Bank as constituted under this Act and includes all its branches; 1[(b) to (k) [XXX]]

2. (2) The Bank shall be a body corporate having a common seal and it shall have the power to institute and defend suits and other legal proceedings and to discharge all such duties as may be necessary for its purposes. 2[4 to 28 [XXX]]
