Amendment of section 115

Ln the Hyderabad MunicipaI Corporations Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), in section 115, after clause

1. (39) the folIowing clausa shall be inserted, namely:- "(40) provide parking places, public landing places, halting places, for vehicles of any description including motor vehiclis and levy fees for their use.".
