Short title, extent and commencement.

- (1) This Act may be called the 1[Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Act, 1952.]
- (2) It extends to the whole of the 2[Hyderabad area of the State of Maharashtra].
- (3) It shall come into force, on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Jarida, appoint in this behalf.
