Fee payable on applications, petitions

Fee payable on applications, petitions. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Hyderabad Court Fees Act, 1324 Fasli, or any other law for the time being in force, the fees payable on any application, memorandum of appeal or petition under this Act or rules made thereunder shall be such as may be prescribed.
