In the Hyderabad (Abolition of Cash Grants) Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), after section 2, the following section shall be inserted, namely :---
Definitions. "2A. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,---
- (a) "Collector" includes an officer appointed by the State Government to perform the duties of a Collector under this Act ;
- (b) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.".
