Amendment of section 5, Act II of 1956

In the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, in section 5, in Explanation (ii), at the end, the following words shall be added, namely:- “without reference to the classification but including the creamy layer amongst such Backward Classes of citizens.”.
