Where the payment for admission excluding the amount of entertainment tax:

1. (i) does not exceed three rupees Not less than twelve and half per cent and not more than twenty per cent on payments for admission.
2. (ii) exceeds three rupees but does not exceed seven rupees. Not less than twenty one per cent and not more than twenty four per cent on payments for admission.
3. (iii) exceeds seven rupees. Twenty five per cent on payments for admission.
