Prohibition to make endorsement except on Government promissory note.

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 13 of the 1Hyderabad Negotiable lnstruments Act, No. V of 1318 F., no transfer of a Government promissory note shall be valid, unless such transfer is made by the holder by an endorsement on such promissory note.
