Organisation of Police.

1[(1) With effect from the date of establishment of the Cyberabad Metropolitan Police Commissionerate/s, the Police Force functioning in the said Metropolitan Area shall be deemed to be the Police Force of such Metropolitan areas, respectively.]

1. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), it shall be competent far the Government to appoint any Police Force as may be prescribed in this behalf from time to time.
