The Central Provinces and Berar State Aid to Industries and Hyderabad State Aid to (Small Scale and Cottage) Industries (Partial Repeal) Act, 1959General19594 sections
Statutory text
Notwithstanding such repeal of the said Acts, the said Acts and rules and orders made thereunder shall continue to have effect in respect of State aid given in the form of loans under the said Acts before the commencement of this Act.
