The Bombay Maternity Benefit, Hyderabad Maternity Benefit, and Central Provinces and Berar Paternity Benefit (Repeal) Act, 1964

(1) This Act may be called the Bombay Maternity Benefit, Hyderabad Maternity Benefit and Central Provinces and Berar Maternity Benefit (Repeal) Act, 1964. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.

1. The Bombay Maternity Benefit Act, 1929 (Bom. VII of 1929). 2. The Hyderabad Maternity Benefit Act, 1358 Fasli (Hyd. VII of 1358 Fasli). 3. The Central Provinces and Berar Maternity Benefit Act, 1939 (C.P. and Berar VI of 1939).
