Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1961.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the 1State of Telangana.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date2 as the State Government may, by notification in the Telangana Gazette, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
