The Schemes proposed by the State Council for Scheduled Castes Special Development Fund/Scheduled Tribes Special Development fund shall be considered for inclusion in the Demands for Grants for the departments under the relevant head of account for the Scheduled Castes Special Development Fund/Scheduled Tribes Special Development Fund.
