1. Short title.

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Self Help Groups (SHG) Women Co-contributory Pension (Repeal) Act, 2020.
2. Act No. 2 of 2009.

The Andhra Pradesh Self Help Groups (SHG) Women Co-contributory Pension Act, 2009 is hereby repealed.
3. Applicability of the Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891.
Statutory text
The provisions of Sections 8 and 18 of the Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891 shall apply to the said repeal.
