Statutory text
The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Telangana Education Act, 1982 or any other law for the time being in force in the State.
Explanation:- For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that in respect of matters not provided for in this Act, the provisions of the Telangana Education Act, 1982 shall apply so far as School Education is concerned.
