- (1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Reservation in favour of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of Muslims Act, 2007.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th July, 2007.
