The Telangana (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) (Amendment) Act, 2026

1. (1) This Act may be called the Telangana (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) (Amendment) Act, 2026.
2. (2) it shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 25th November, 2025.

In the Telangana (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structures) Act, 1994, in section 4, in sub-section (2), after clause (e), the following clause shall be added, namely:-

“(f) to the appointment to be made in compliance with the decision of Council of Ministers vide resolution C.R.No.426/2025, dated: the 17th day of November, 2025.”.

The Telangana (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 is hereby repealed.
