Definitions.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

1. (a) “Government” means the Government of 2Telangana;
2. (b) “Notification” means a notification published in the 2Telangana Gazette and the word “notified” shall be construed accordingly;
3. (c) “Public Sector Undertaking” means a public sector undertaking specified in the Schedule to this Act;
4. (d) “Schedule” means the Schedule appended to this Act.
