Fees for driver’s licence.

(1) For the grant of a licence to a driver a fee shall be charged at such rate as may be prescribed. Provided that no fee shall be charged for the grant of a licence to a driver of a rickshaw or a cycle rickshaw. (2) For the renewal of licence a fee at one-third of the rate chargeable under sub-section (1) shall be charged.
