Purposes for which tax levied and collected.

The tax on Oil Palm levied and collected under Section 21 shall be used for the following purposes namely:-

1. (i) for the overall development of oil palm plantation;
2. (ii) to bring more areas under oil palm cultivation;
3. (iii) to monitor the schemes benefitting the oil palm growers;
4. (iv) to develop the feeder roads to facilitate movement of oil palm FFBs; and
5. (v) any other purpose in the interests of Oil Palm Growers in particular or in the interests of general public residing in Oil Palm Growing Zones.
