Short title, extent and commencement.

1[(1) This Act may be called the 2[Telangana] Nurses, Midwives, Auxiliary Nurse-midwives and Health Visitors Act, 1926.]

1. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of 2[Telangana].
2. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the 3[State Government] may, by notification, appoint.
