Power to exempt.

The Government may by notification published in the Telangana Gazette and for reasons to be recorded therein, exempt any person or class of persons or any financial or banking institution or agency or any class of financial or banking institutions or agencies from all or any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, subject to such conditions as the Government may deem fit to impose; and they may, likewise, vary or cancel such exemption.
