Appointment of agents.

Statutory text
- (1) The Government may, for the purposes of purchase of and trade in, any minor forest produce on their behalf, appoint an agent for each unit: Provided that nothing in this sub-section shall prevent the appointment of the same person as agent for more than one unit.
- (2) The terms and conditions of, and the procedure for appointment of, agents shall be such as may be prescribed.
