  1. (1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2008.
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
  3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18th December, 2007.
