Short title, extent and commencement.

This Act may be called, 1[The Telangana Medical Act, 1312 F] and it shall come into force in the City of Hyderabad on the 1st day of Azur, 1313 F. and in other places, on the date which the Government may, by notification, appoint at the instance of local officers.
