(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Land Revenue (Enhancement) Act, 1967.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana. (3)
- (i) This Act, except section 3 (in so far as it relates to the class of lands specified in section 4), section 4 and section 6, shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of July 1962.
- (ii) Section 3 (in so far as it relates to the class of lands specified in section 4), section 4 and section 6 shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of July, 1967.
