- (1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Irrigation (Construction and Maintenance of Water Courses) Act, 1965.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
- (3) It shall come into force on such 2date as the State Government may, by notification in the 1Telangana Gazette, appoint.
