Statutory text
(1) The Government shall appoint one Vice-Chairman from amongst the members of the Board. (2) The Vice-chairman shall assist the Chairman in all matters, administrative or academic, and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be delegated to him by the Chairman. (3) When the office of the Chairman is vacant, the Vice-Chairman shall perform the functions of the Chairman.
