Meeting of the Executive Council.

Statutory text
(1) The Executive Council shall meet as often as required. (2) The Chairman of the Executive Council shall have the power to invite any person not being a member of Governing or Executive Council to attend the meeting, but such invitee shall not be entitled to vote at such meeting.
