Cancellation of previous notifications issued for acquisition of land acquired under this Act.

All notifications issued before the commencement of this Act in respect of any land acquired under this Act are hereby cancelled and shall be deemed never to have been issued and no suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any person for any action taken thereunder.
