Abatement of claims of appointments in Private Educational Institutions

Notwithstanding any judgement, decree or order of any Court, no person shall claim approval of appointment made in Private Educational Institutions except in accordance with section 78C and accordingly,- (a) no suit or other proceedings shall be maintained or continued in any Court against the Government or any person or authority whatsoever for approving the appointments otherwise made and all such pending proceedings shall abate forthwith; and (b) no Court shall enforce any decree or order directing for approval of such appointments.
