Mukhtarnama/Vakalatnama

Mukhtarnama, Vakalatnama or any paper signed by an advocate signifying or intimating that he is retained for a party- when presented- (i) to any Court other than the High court or to any Collector or Magistrate or other executive officer; Two rupees. (ii) to the Board of Revenue or a Chief Executive Authority; Three rupees. (iii) to the High Court; Five rupees. (iv) to the Government. Five rupees.
