Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana. (3) It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint; and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
