Statutory text
All fines levied under this Act shall be credited to the
revenues of the State.
Provided that it shall be lawful for the officer inflicting a fine under this Act to direct any portion thereof, not exceeding one-half, to be paid to the informer.
Fees and fines to be credited to the revenues of the State. Form of complaint. Procedure thereon. Reward to informer.
