1. Short Title

This Act may be called the Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Repeal) Act, 2025.
2. Repeal of Act No.13 of 2002
Statutory text
- (1) The Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002, is hereby repealed with effect from 27.03.2017.
- (2) on such repeal the provisions of section 8 of the Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891 shall apply.
