Definitions.

In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,-

1. (a) "Government" means the State Government of 1Telangana;
2. (b) "Prescribed" means prescribed by rules made by the Government under this Act;
3. (c) "Village Assistant" means an officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Abolition of Posts of Part-time Village Officers Act, 1985.
