Short title, extent and commencement.

(1) This Act maybe called the Telangana (Abolition of Cash Grants) Act, 1959. (2) It extends to the territories comprising the districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal in the State of Telangana. (3) It shall come into force at once.
