Amendment of section 4

In section 4 of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919 (hereinafter in this Part referred to as the 1919 Act), in sub-section (3), for clause (a), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:-

1. (a) a Mayor;
2. (aa) a council;
