Extension of the Tiruchirappalli Kaiaeruvaram and Mattuvaram Act, 1958

The provisions of the Tiruchirappalli Kaiaeruvaram and Mattuvaram Act, 1958 (Tamil Nadu Act XXXVI of 1958), set out in the first column of the Table below, shall be subject to the modifications set out in the corresponding entries in the second column thereof. TABLE: Provisions of Act (1) | Modifications (2) Section 1 | In sub-section (3), for the expression "1st April 1959", substitute the expression "1st day of April 1964". Section 5 | For the expression "1st January 1957", substitute the expression "1st January 1960". Section 8 | In sub-sections (1) and (2), for the expression "1st January 1957", substitute the expression "1st January 1960". Section 9 | In sub-sections (1) and (2), for the expression "1955-56 or 1956-57", substitute the expression "1960-61 or 1961-62".
