The Minimum Wages (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1981
1. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Minirn~m Wages Short title, extent and commencement.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Minirn~m Wages (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1981. (2) It extends to thc wlro1c of t b State of Tamil Nadu. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
2. 2. In the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act Insertionof* new section'9-A Central ~ c t XI of ,1948.
2. In the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1945), after section 9, the following section shall be inserted, nameiy :-
