Power to make rules for appointment of assessors, etc.

The State Government may, from time to time, by notification in the District Gazette make rules requiring the Court to associate with itself, for the purpose of estimating the compensation to be awarded under section 6 for an improvement, such number of assessors as the State Government thinks fit, determining the qualifications of those assessors, the mode of selecting them, the fee payable to them, and the procedure to be followed in case of a difference of opinion between the judge and one or more of such assessors.
