Chapter III OFFICERS OF INSTITUTE
Statutory text
- (1) The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer of the Institute appointed in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
- (2) The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such functions and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
